EMERGENCY CARD TWO — FOG DEPLOYMENT

EMERGENCY CARD: FOG DEPLOYMENT
CARD NUMBER: EC-02
LAST REVIEWED: October 2026

TRIGGER

Tier 3 confirmation — multiple members probed on the same operational topic, or a probe containing detail an outsider should not know. Called by the Watchdog.

EXECUTION STEPS

Emergency session within four hours. Voice only, pre-agreed channel.
The Watchdog presents the correlated probes. The team identifies exactly what topic is under attack.

Each member receives their fragment — one version of the truth, unverifiable, not directly contradicting any other fragment. Roles assigned in the session, not improvised.

Fragments release to each member's sphere within 24 hours, staggered naturally. Not all at once.

The unverifiable rule applies absolutely — every fragment must require internal access to debunk. "The project changed direction" works. "That never existed" does not.
Watchdog logs which fragment went to which sphere, and when.

REINFORCEMENT

Ambient echoes scheduled over the following two weeks per the Decoy Calendar. One echo per fragment, third-party delivery preferred.

MONITORING

Probe frequency on the attacked topic is tracked in the Probe Logs. Decreasing specificity means the fog is working. Escalating specificity means the adversary has another source — return to emergency session and run the leak debrief.

ALL-CLEAR

Fragmented narratives continue as background noise for at least one quarter. Do not retire a fragment early — abandoned stories attract questions.
