Encryption Honeypot – Guerrilla Encryption

This directory hosts a collection of encrypted files that are part of the “Encryption Honeypot” experiment. The files look like ordinary data dumps, but each one is a puzzle that forces anyone who tries to open it to spend time and computational resources.

All files are PGP‑armored (.asc) archives. To examine a file you will need the appropriate public key, which you can find in the keys/ subdirectory. The README.txt explains the theme, the expiration dates, and how the puzzle pieces fit together.

If you are curious, start with the smallest bundle (for example, bundle_01.asc) and work your way through the network. The design intentionally becomes more difficult as you progress.

For any questions about the methodology, feel free to reach out through the usual privacy‑advocacy channels.
